Refund and Cancellation
1. All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to DGES secretariat.
2. All cancellation received before 5th December 2022 will be entitled for 75% refund of the amount paid.
3. All cancellation received between 5th December 2022 to 10th December 2022 will be entitled for only 25% refund of the amount paid.
4. No refund for cancellation made after 15th December 2022.
5. The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
1. Registration Package is available only for conference registrants.
2. Hotel allocation will be given to First come First Serve basis.
3. After 1st November 2022, Rooms will be subject to availability.
4. Stay includes complimentary breakfast.
5. Children above 10 years are charged as per actual by the hotel.
6. All extra room services will be charged by the hotel.
7. Extra food & Beverages consumed in the room will have to be paid to the hotel directly.
8. Please pay separately if stay is extended apart from packages provided to you.
9. Please carry your valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card) cards (Mandatory).
10. Accommodation will be confirmed only after 100% payment realization.
11. Hotel booking is non refundable and non transferable.
12. Hotels rooms are limited so priority will be given on first come first serve basis.
13. Please note that the attached rates are based on current government taxes and levies.
14. In the event of any increase in government taxes, the increased tax structure will be applicable.
